1. Registration and Access to the Platform
Registration on the Flamenco Facile platform is free of charge and does not obligate the user to purchase any products or services.
To access the services offered by Flamenco Facile, users must create a personal account by completing the registration process available on the website.
Once registration is complete, users may access the Reserved Area free of charge, browse the available sections, use any features that are available without purchase and, if they wish, purchase the digital products offered through the platform.
During registration, users must provide the requested information and create their login credentials.
Users agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, to keep their login credentials confidential and secure, and not to allow any third party to use them.
Login credentials are strictly personal and may not be transferred or shared.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

2. Scope of the Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the digital products offered through the Flamenco Facile platform.
The products may include, but are not limited to:

• The Complete Course;
• Mini Courses on specific topics;
• Video lessons;
• Learning materials in PDF format;
• MP3 audio files;
• eBooks;
• Any additional digital content that the Owner may make available.

3. Purchase of Products and Access to Content
After registering, users may access the Reserved Area and purchase the digital products available through the platform.
Once payment has been confirmed, the content associated with the purchased product will be made available within the Reserved Area.
Access to the content is personal and exclusively reserved for the purchaser.
Users who purchase the Complete Course are entitled, free of charge, to book an optional one-to-one video call of approximately 30 minutes. This session is intended solely to provide clarification or support regarding the course content.
This service is supplementary in nature and does not constitute ongoing tutoring or private lessons. It is provided subject to the Owner's availability.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for digital products may be made via PayPal, credit or debit card, bank transfer, or any other payment methods that may be made available by the Owner.
Access to the purchased content will be granted once payment has been successfully confirmed.

5. Suspension of Access
The Owner reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, access to the platform in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Misuse of the platform;
• Unauthorized sharing of login credentials;
• Any conduct that may compromise the security, proper operation of the platform, or the rights of the Owner.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of payment, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, users must follow the dedicated procedure available in the Reserved Area by completing the appropriate form with the required information.
The withdrawal request will be deemed valid upon receipt by the Owner.
After submitting the request, users will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided in the form.
Once the Owner has verified that the applicable legal requirements and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions have been met, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the request. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Once the refund has been processed, all access rights to the digital products covered by the withdrawal, the Reserved Area and the related content will be revoked.
After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, refund requests can no longer be accepted.

7. Lifetime Access and Updates
Once payment has been completed, users are granted lifetime access to the content included in the purchased product.
Lifetime access applies exclusively to the content associated with the purchased product.
The Owner may, at their sole discretion and without any obligation, provide updates or additional content.

8. Nature of the Service
Flamenco Facile provides an online music education service.
The purchase of digital products does not guarantee any specific artistic, professional or financial results, as such outcomes depend on the user's personal commitment, consistency in practice and many individual factors beyond the Owner's control.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Owner will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform operational and accessible. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, technical updates, service provider issues, network infrastructure failures or events beyond the Owner's reasonable control.
The Owner shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the temporary inability to access the content.

10. Intellectual Property
All content available on the platform, including, but not limited to, videos, audio recordings, PDF files, eBooks, images, text, sheet music, exercises and learning materials, is protected by applicable copyright laws and remains the exclusive property of the Owner.
The purchase of a product grants the user a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the purchased content.
Any form of copying, recording, reproduction, duplication, distribution, publication, resale, sharing with third parties or dissemination, in whole or in part, of the materials is strictly prohibited without the Owner's prior written permission.
Login credentials are strictly personal and may not be transferred or shared.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any such changes shall not have retroactive effect on agreements already concluded.

12. Governing Jurisdiction
For any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or validity of this Agreement, if the purchaser is acting as a consumer, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
If the purchaser is acting in the course of a professional or business activity, the competent court shall be that of the Owner's registered office.
