- Access to the Free Area
The website provides a Free Area containing educational materials accessible after registration.
To access it, the user must provide their full name, email address, and phone number.
All data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
Access to the free content does not grant ownership rights.
Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed to third parties.
The Website Owner may suspend or revoke access at any time and without notice.
- Purpose of the Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the training program consisting of 12 modules, including pre-recorded video lessons, PDF materials, mp3 tracks, and additional resources.
- Access to Course Content
- FLEX (installment plan)
Content is released progressively:
- one new module is unlocked every 30 days,
- ensuring gradual learning.
- PREMIUM (one-time payment)
Premium users receive full and immediate access to all 12 modules.
In both cases, content remains available permanently once the full course price has been paid.
- Membership Levels and Included Services
The following levels are available for both Flex and Premium users:
- BASE – full access to the video course; no support lessons.
- BRONZE – full video course + 1 support lesson every 30 days.
- SILVER – full video course + 2 support lessons every 30 days.
- GOLD – full video course + 4 support lessons every 30 days.
Support lessons cannot be accumulated if not booked within the relevant 30-day period.
- Payment Terms
Installment Plan (FLEX)
- This is not a subscription.
- It is simply the fractioning of a total course price.
- Access continues only if installments are paid on time.
One-Time Payment (PREMIUM)
- Grants immediate access to all modules.
- Accepted methods: PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.
- Suspension of Access
Failure to pay an installment results in immediate suspension of access until the outstanding amount is settled.
- Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
In accordance with EU consumer law, users have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of the first payment, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing to:

If the withdrawal is valid, the full amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.
Upon refund, access to the reserved area and all course content will be revoked.
After the 14-day period, no refunds are available.
- Permanent Access and Future Updates
After full payment (either installment plan completed or one-time payment), users are granted permanent access to the course and all future updates.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Website Owner may update these Terms and Conditions.
Such updates do not affect contracts already concluded.
- Jurisdiction
If the purchaser is a consumer, jurisdiction lies with the courts of their place of residence.
If the purchaser acts as a business or professional, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Website Owner’s registered office.
